Every job begins with a basic architectural installation. Add-ons are specified on site. Storage and maintenance are part of the work, not extras.
The Basic
The basic package lights the architecture—typically a finished roofline and the primary entry. It is scaled to the building, whether that is a cottage in Cape May, a larger private home, a storefront, or a small commercial façade.
Pricing is by proposal after the appraisal. No published packages. The quote reflects the building you have.
Add-ons
Even, warm wraps on porch columns and entry piers.
Wreaths set in windows, lit to match the rest of the house.
An approach that reads as part of the property, not a runway.
Trees, gates, secondary buildings, and commercial frontage as needed.
Included
Scheduled after the quote is approved. Typical lead time is one to two weeks from the estimate.
We tend the display through the season so you are not on a ladder after the first night.
All materials come off the property and are stored by Velvet Lighting until the next installation.
