Process
Book online or by phone. We set an appraisal, send a quote and mock-up, then schedule the install. Holiday work runs November 1 through January 31.
Schedule online or call. We set a date to walk the property.
After the visit you receive a written proposal and a simple mock-up of the basic installation plus any add-ons.
A fifty percent deposit confirms the installation. Lead time is typically one to two weeks from the estimate.
We install the approved design. Final payment is due after installation.
Through the season we keep the display in order so you do not have to.
Everything comes off the property and is stored by Velvet Lighting, off site, until the next program.
Seasonal holiday installations are scheduled no earlier than November 1 and no later than January 31.
